Randy Gravitt is an author, speaker, and life coach who spends his time encouraging leaders to reach their potential. Randy has taught high performance leadership to companies and teams all over the world. His audiences are drawn to his encouragement and his motivational style of speaking aimed at bringing about transformation.
 
In 2014 Randy founded INTEGREAT Leadership (integreatleadership.com), a company whose mission is to grow a generation of integrity-based leaders. His current work includes training high performance leadership teams for Chick-fil-A, Inc. and serving as one of the leadership coaches for the Pittsburgh Pirates Organization.
