Role Description

This is a part time on-site role as a Sales Marketing Manager at Nutrishop. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, social media posting, customer relationships, product knowledge, and sales management activities to drive business growth and promote the shop's services. The manager will be directly involved with fostering relationships with businesses in the community and doing promotional work in the community. This role also heavily involves content creation for social media, inside store sales and training, and learning product specifications and what each product does.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales and Sales Management experience is a plus
• Ability to provide training and guidance to staff
• Knowledge of health and wellness industry is a plus
• Experience in retail sales or marketing
• Great with building customer relationships
• Quickly able to build rapport with businesses in the community
