Tay Morgan is the franchise owner and publisher of 4 Stroll publications in Mississippi: Stroll Bridgewater (Ridgeland), Stroll Lake Caroline (Madison), Stroll Wellsgate (Oxford) and Stroll Eastover (Jackson). Stroll has over 500 neighborhood publications throughout the country in large, active neighborhoods and is owned by N2 Publishing. Tay is also a self-employed artist (Tay Morgan Designs) with her designs painted on annual calendars sold through-out the U.S.
